These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services, including access to the AI Assistant, membership plans, and all related content and support provided by Hampshire AI (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By engaging with our services, you (“you”, “client”, or “user”) agree to be bound by the following terms.

 

1. Services Provided

1.1. Hampshire AI provides access to a custom-built AI Assistant via the ChatGPT Pro platform to assist with business operations such as content creation, task support, and marketing guidance.

1.2. Our services include a membership plan, email support, onboarding guidance, and access to training materials.

 

2. Eligibility and Access

2.1. Access to the AI Assistant requires:

  • An active subscription to ChatGPT Pro, a third-party platform by OpenAI

  • Completion of training forms

  • Internet access and compatible devices

2.2. Hampshire AI does not provide or manage ChatGPT Pro subscriptions. This is a separate service subject to OpenAI’s own terms and billing.

 

3. Membership Plan

3.1. The Hampshire AI Membership Plan includes:

  • AI Assistant access

  • One-month free trial

  • Monthly billing of £25.99 after the trial

  • Email support (Monday–Friday)

3.2. There is no minimum commitment. You may cancel at any time through the website. Once cancelled, access ends immediately and no refunds will be issued.

 

4. Acceptable Use

You must not use the AI Assistant to:

  • Generate or act on medical, legal, or financial advice

  • Promote or distribute harmful, misleading, or unlawful content

  • Engage in spam, scraping, impersonation, or resale of the Assistant

  • Violate intellectual property or data privacy laws

Use is permitted only through ChatGPT Pro and is subject to revocation if misused.

 

5. AI Use and Content Ownership

5.1. The Assistant is trained using information you provide voluntarily. You are responsible for the accuracy of that data.

5.2. You may freely use, edit, and publish content generated for your business. However, you may not resell or sublicense the Assistant itself.

 

6. Disclaimer

6.1. Hampshire AI makes no guarantees regarding the effectiveness or outcome of using the Assistant.

6.2. All outputs are for informational purposes only and should not be considered legal, financial, or medical advice.

 

7. Third-Party Services

7.1. The Assistant is powered by GPT-4 via ChatGPT Pro. We are not responsible for service interruptions, billing issues, or limitations imposed by OpenAI.

7.2. Your use of third-party platforms is governed by their respective terms and conditions.

 

8. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hampshire AI shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities

  • Service disruption due to third-party platforms

  • Misuse or misinterpretation of content generated by the Assistant

Total liability is limited to the amount paid in your most recent month of membership (£25.99).

 

9. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds are not provided once billing has occurred

  • You may cancel your plan at any time via the website

  • Cancellations take immediate effect, with no access through the remainder of the billing cycle

 

10. Privacy and Data

We handle personal information in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. Data is collected through forms, cookies, and email. For full details, refer to our published privacy terms.

 

11. Modifications

Hampshire AI reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of the service indicates your acceptance of any changes.
