2. Third-Party Platform Disclaimer

2.1. The Assistant operates through ChatGPT Pro, a platform owned and operated by OpenAI.

2.2. Hampshire AI has no control over the functionality, availability, pricing, or performance of ChatGPT or OpenAI’s services. We are not liable for downtime, access restrictions, pricing changes, or service disruptions caused by OpenAI.

3. Limitation of Liability

3.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hampshire AI shall not be liable for any:

Business interruption or opportunity loss
Legal or compliance issues arising from AI-generated content

3.2. In all cases, our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for your most recent month of membership (£25.99), regardless of the nature of the claim.
