Membership Plan Policy

These terms govern participation in the Hampshire AI Membership Plan (“Plan”), which provides access to a customised AI Assistant ("Assistant") delivered by Hampshire AI (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By subscribing to the Plan, you (“Client”, “User”, or “you”) agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Plan Inclusions

1.1. The Plan provides:

Access to a personalised AI Assistant
Full email-based support
One-month free trial, followed by recurring monthly billing

2. Subscription & Billing

2.1. The Plan is billed at £25.99/month, with the first month free.

2.2. Billing commences automatically after the trial period unless cancelled prior to renewal.

2.3. Payments are non-refundable once billed.

3. Commitment & Cancellation

3.1. There is no minimum commitment.

3.2. You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation will prevent the next billing cycle but will not issue refunds for the current period.

4. Access Requirements

4.1. To use your Assistant, you are required to:

Maintain an active ChatGPT Pro subscription, available from OpenAI at https://chat.openai.com
Complete the required training forms provided upon signup

4.2. Once your training forms are submitted, please allow 3–4 business days for your Assistant to be fully prepared and ready for use.

5. Support

5.1. Plan subscribers receive ongoing email support for usage, access issues, or content-related queries.

5.2. Support is available during standard business hours, Monday to Friday.

6. Disclaimers

6.1. Hampshire AI is not responsible for the performance or availability of the ChatGPT Pro platform.

6.2. Your Assistant cannot be accessed without an active ChatGPT Pro subscription. This subscription is separate from your Plan and billed directly by OpenAI.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this policy or Plan features at any time. Updates will be communicated via email or published on our website. Continued use of the Plan constitutes acceptance of any changes.
