Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") outlines permitted and prohibited uses of the AI Assistant ("Assistant") provided by Hampshire AI ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Assistant, you ("you", "client", or "user") agree to comply with the following conditions.

 

1. Permitted Use

The Assistant is intended to support general business activities, including:

  • Content creation (e.g. blogs, newsletters, social posts)

  • Administrative and marketing support

  • Idea generation and productivity assistance

  • Non-specialised advice for business use

You are expected to use the Assistant responsibly, in accordance with your local laws and this policy.

 

2. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Assistant to:

  • Generate or act on medical, legal, or financial advice

  • Produce, promote, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, offensive, or misleading

  • Engage in spamming, bulk automation, scraping, or the mass generation of content for resale or deception

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the Assistant or underlying AI model

  • Misrepresent the Assistant as your own proprietary tool or claim it was self-developed

  • Use the Assistant in violation of intellectual property, data privacy, or copyright laws

 

3. Platform Use Restriction

The Assistant must be accessed only through ChatGPT Pro, as authorised by Hampshire AI. Any attempt to bypass this or transfer the Assistant to other platforms is strictly prohibited.

 

4. Accountability and Enforcement

4.1. Users are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before using or publishing it.

4.2. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Assistant, without notice, if we determine that this policy has been violated.

 

5. Modifications to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Updates will be posted to our website or communicated via email. Continued use of the Assistant implies acceptance of any changes.
