Terms & Conditions of Access to the AI Assistant

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the AI Assistant (“Assistant”) provided by Hampshire AI (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By purchasing or accessing the Assistant, you (“Client”, “User”, or “you”) agree to be bound by the following terms:

 

1. Eligibility and Access Requirements

1.1. Access to the Assistant is granted only via the ChatGPT Pro platform, a third-party service provided by OpenAI.

1.2. Users must:

  • Hold a valid account at https://chat.openai.com

  • Subscribe to the ChatGPT Pro plan (currently £20/month as of the effective date)

  • Maintain an active subscription to retain access

1.3. Hampshire AI does not provide access to ChatGPT Pro and is not affiliated with OpenAI.

 

2. Use of Third-Party Services

2.1. The Assistant is hosted within ChatGPT and powered by the GPT-4 model, which is exclusive to Pro subscribers.

2.2. All billing, service continuity, and platform access related to ChatGPT Pro are the responsibility of OpenAI. Hampshire AI is not liable for outages, billing issues, or access restrictions arising from the use of OpenAI services.

 

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1. You are solely responsible for:

  • Obtaining and maintaining your ChatGPT Pro subscription

  • Following onboarding instructions provided by Hampshire AI

  • Ensuring your access credentials are secure and not shared

3.2. Failure to maintain your ChatGPT Pro subscription may result in suspension or inaccessibility of the Assistant. No refunds will be issued by Hampshire AI in such cases.

 

4. Limitations and Disclaimers

4.1. Hampshire AI makes no warranties regarding the performance, availability, or future functionality of the ChatGPT platform.

4.2. Hampshire AI is not liable for any damages or losses arising from:

  • Service interruptions or downtime on OpenAI’s platform

  • Changes to OpenAI pricing or subscription models

  • User error in accessing or configuring ChatGPT Pro

6. Modifications
