This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all memberships and services offered by Hampshire AI (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By subscribing to our services, you (“you”, “client”, or “user”) agree to the following terms:

1. Free Trial

1.1. New users receive a free trial period of one (1) month upon signing up.

1.2. If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged.

1.3. If you do not cancel before the end of the free trial, your subscription will automatically renew at the standard monthly rate.

2. Cancellations

2.1. You may cancel your membership at any time via the website.

2.2. Cancellations take effect immediately. Once cancelled, your access to the AI Assistant will be revoked, and you will not be billed further.

2.3. We do not offer access until the end of the current billing cycle once a cancellation is processed.

3. Refunds

3.1. All payments are non-refundable once billing has occurred, regardless of usage.

3.2. We do not offer partial or prorated refunds for unused time or early cancellation.

3.3. It is your responsibility to cancel your membership before the next billing date to avoid further charges.
