This AI Use Policy (“Policy”) governs the use of the AI Assistant (“Assistant”) provided by Hampshire AI (“we”, “our”, or “us”) and applies to all clients (“you”, “user”, or “client”) who access or utilise the Assistant through the ChatGPT platform.

By using the Assistant, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

1. Purpose and Intended Use

1.1. The Assistant is designed to act as a virtual personal assistant to support your business operations. Typical use cases include, but are not limited to:

Content creation (e.g. blogs, captions, newsletters)
Task support (e.g. reminders, organisation)
Marketing and planning assistance
General business support and automation guidance

1.2. The Assistant is intended to help you save time, reduce repetitive tasks, and support your business growth.

2. Acceptable Use

2.1. You agree to use the Assistant only for lawful and ethical purposes. Prohibited uses include (but are not limited to):

Generating or promoting content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
Involvement in fraud, impersonation, harassment, or defamation
Use of the Assistant to generate or rely on medical, legal, or financial advice
Attempting to modify, reverse engineer, or bypass usage requirements

2.2. The Assistant must only be accessed via the ChatGPT platform with an active Pro subscription.

2.3. Misuse or abuse of the Assistant, as determined by Hampshire AI, may result in immediate revocation of access without notice.

3. Client Data and Training

3.1. The Assistant is trained using information that you voluntarily provide during onboarding (e.g. business name, goals, preferences).

3.2. You are responsible for ensuring that any data submitted is accurate and does not contain confidential or sensitive third-party information.

4. Content Ownership and Rights

4.1. All content generated by the Assistant for your use (e.g. blogs, emails, strategies) is yours to use, edit, and publish freely.

4.2. However, the Assistant itself may not be copied, resold, sublicensed, or distributed in any form.

5. Platform Dependency

5.1. The Assistant is delivered exclusively through the ChatGPT Pro platform, operated by OpenAI.

5.2. Hampshire AI is not responsible for access issues, downtime, or changes to the ChatGPT service.

6. Modifications and Termination

6.1. Hampshire AI reserves the right to update this Policy or the Assistant’s functionality at any time.

6.2. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Assistant if you breach any terms of this Policy.
